scorecard – 24%

It turns out I need to make some changes. I was far too focused on the long term goals that I abandoned the immediate goals. I was putting so much effort into studying flashcards on anki(which are more focused toward board prep) that I missed information that was more specific to the material presented in class. So my focus is back on notes and white board sessions.
I started putting flaxseed in my oatmeal in the morning and since I’ve started doing I’ve noticed a decrease in my BP. My weight is still a little high but trending in the right direction.
My work outs need some intervention. I am uninspired, unmotivated to push myself in the exercise department. Curls and sit-ups are my mainstay when I’m busy, but I need to incorporate some push ups and something like kettle bells and jumping rope. I am at a stage where just showing up and doing a couple things is good enough.
I’ve started sleeping with breathe right strips and that has been improving the quality of my sleep. This is something that I will keep doing moving forward.
